The ICWRMIP Investment Program covers 35 priority activities related to Citarum River Basin rehabilitation at an estimated cost of US$ 921 million and Asian Development Bank is committed to provide a US$ 500 million loan through Multitranche Financing Facility (MFF).

The ICWRMIP Program is a long term investment program for a 15-year period (2009-2023) and set to be implemented in stages.  The first phase of ICWRMIP started in June 2009 with 9 cross-sector activities and was funded by a US$ 50 million loan provided by ADB and a US$ 3.75 million grant from GEF.
